My Approach
My guiding beliefs and values are what I base my work on. They are my compass to what I stand for and what I believe in and what I want to accomplish.
Each person is an individual; each client is unique.
It is important to me that you feel that your unique and individual issues are heard and dealt with in a timely manner. I call clients back. My clients feel like they are my only clients.
You should be treated with compassion.Each client is treated with compassion, understanding and honesty. Creating a trust or helping an elder are highly sensitive and personal actions, I give my clients the confidence that these issues will be handled with confidentiality and understanding.
It is my goal to develop ongoing personal relationships with my clients and to be responsive to their changing needs.I do this because I like to take care of people. My primary purpose is to put your mind at ease and give you solutions to your problems and concerns, while promoting family harmony.
My Approach
You should be able to start out on a level playing field; that is why it is important to me to educate my clients. Nothing is more frustrating than meeting with an attorney and walking away wondering what was just said. I make sure my clients understand what they are doing and why, whether it is drafting their living trust or administering their loved one’s estate. I try to educate my clients without talking over them and using “legalese.” If you didn't understand the legal services you received, then I haven’t done my job.
Each client has an exclusive situation. There is never a cookie cutter legal issue. I design each trust with my client’s specific issues in mind. Whether it is providing for a disabled child or making sure college is covered, I draft trusts that incorporate the realities of life. I understand the importance of protecting my clients’ dignity, privacy, and ability to control their own lives.

I understand that you want to find legal solutions that protect the people you love while maintaining a focus on your beliefs.
